Indiana Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements

In the State of Indiana, the requirements for getting your real estate sales license include: 
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Successfully complete the required 54 hour pre-licensing course of study preparing you for the licensing examination.
  • Pass the Indiana Real Estate Examination.
  • Pay a $50.00 bi-annual license fee.
  • Associate with an Indiana real estate brokerage firm.

Real Estate Certification Program (RECP)
 
The RECP Real Estate Salespersons Course is the recommended provider for the required 54 hour real estate pre-licensing course. It will prepare you for your real estate licensing examination.
